This was my first time trying a vegan dessert recipe, these turned out so much better than expected and I will definitly be making these again sometime!
Baking time: 30mins-2hours
2 cups of all purpose flour
2 cups of white granulated sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 cup vegitable oil
1 tsp vanilla. extract
optional: dairy free chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350F
Mix together all your dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt) together in a large bowl.
Add in all your wet ingredients (water, oil, vanilla) into the dry ingredients and mix.
Add in optional chocolate chips (i did about 1 cup)
Grease and flour a 8x8 baking dish and place in the oven, mine took 2 hours to cook but it could take 30 minutes if your oven is hot so just check it every 30 minutes and if the center is cooked you can take it out nad let it cool!
