Total time: ~20 mintues
Serving size: 6-8 people
Ingredients:
Corn
1/4 mayo
1/2 lime
1 tbsp Tajin
2 tbsp parmesean
salt and pepper to tast
Directions:
Steam corn for ~10 minutes
While corn is cooking, mix together all the ingredients in a bowl. I did not measure when I made this, so make adjustments as you see needed.
Once the corn is done, put them on the grill to get chared and while it is still warm, paint the may mix on it; this will allow the cheese to melt a little.
Top with more salt, pepper, tajin and parmesean.
