
Total time: 10-15 minutes (depending on how well trained you are at cutting watermellon)
Serving size: ~ 6-10 people
Ingredients:
One whole watermelon
2-4 peaches (optional)
One pack of feta
Bushel of mint
Balsamic glaze
Olive Oil
Directions (very simple):
Cut the whole watermelon into rough cubes
Cut the peaches into smaller cubes
Crumble the feta
Take mint off of the stock and then chop most of it thin, save some for the top as a garnish
Drizzle oil and balsamic and mix
